Ford of Downtown LA is seeking a driven Sales Representative to convert incoming leads into appointments and close opportunities in our high-volume showroom.

You will answer calls within 10 seconds, follow up leads with timely quotes, and maintain accurate records in LSMS while delivering a seamless, customer-focused buying experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year automotive Sales or BDC experience required.
• Experience with appointment setting and sales performance.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, respond to customer needs and deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls and chat/call requests within 10 seconds.
• Respond to all incoming leads with an attempted phone call within 5 minutes of receipt.
• Provide a complete vehicle price quote within 10 minutes of the ISC's response.
• Convert every sales opportunity to a confirmed appointment.
• Speak with at least 75% of all assigned leads.
• Set confirmed appointments with at least 60% of leads contacted.
• Maintain a 60% show rate with appointments.
• Record every contact in LSMS.
• Complete 100% of daily scheduled contact tasks.
