Job summary

AutoNation is seeking a Recruiter to support our dealerships with high-volume retail recruiting. This 6-month contract role involves consulting with operations leaders to deliver the right talent at the right time.

The Recruiter owns the candidate and manager experience from requisition approval to onboarding. You will actively source talent, manage interview logistics, and post job postings while upholding ATS policies.

Qualifications

• 1.5–3 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments (retail, automotive, agency or high-volume).
• Experience in high-volume recruitment, retail, or customer-service environments.
• Strong sourcing and engagement with talent across channels.
• Passion for learning recruiting trends and adopting new tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting lifecycle for multiple requisitions.
• Source talent using job boards, social media, fairs, networking, and community orgs.
• Provide exceptional candidate and recruiter experiences with timely communications.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate travel and onsite logistics, and manage debriefs.
• Draft offers and own job postings; partner with hiring managers.
