Job summary

AutoNation is hiring a Recruiter to support our dealerships in a high-volume retail recruiting environment. This is a 6 month contract, and you will own the candidate and manager experience from requisition approval to day-one onboarding.

You will consult with operations leaders to deliver the right talent at the right time, manage multiple requisitions, source through job boards, social media, and networking, and coordinate interview logistics to ensure a seamless experience for all

Qualifications

• 1.5–3 years of recruitment experience in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in fast-paced retail, automotive, agency settings is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting life-cycle for multiple requisitions.
• Source talent via job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs and networking.
• Own the candidate and manager experience from requisition approval to onboarding.
• Draft and post job postings and draft offers.
• Coordinate interview logistics and debriefs for seamless interviews.
• Nurture candidate pools and relationships with hiring managers.
