Job summary

AutoNation is hiring a Recruiter to support our dealerships with high-volume, retail recruiting. This six-month contract role focuses on delivering talent at the right time, owning the candidate and manager experience from requisition approval to onboarding.

You will consult with operations leaders, manage multiple requisitions, source candidates through diverse channels, and coordinate interviews and logistics to ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• 1.5-3 years of recruitment experience ideally in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in high-volume retail or automotive recruitment is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent on-time scheduling and organizational abilities.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting life-cycle for multiple requisitions.
• Source talent using boards, social media, cold calls, events, and networking.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate and manager experience from requisition to onboarding.
• Coordinate interviews, travel, accommodations, and debriefs.
• Draft job postings and offers, scheduling interviews and communicating next steps.
• Maintain ATS-driven logistics and candidate pipelines.
