Qualifications

• 2+ years of accounts payable experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in invoice processing and data entry.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-cycle accounts payable processing and payments.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close activities and journal entries.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and 1099 information.
• Respond to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally.
