Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts payable or accounting.
• Proficiency in invoice processing and handling 1400-1700 invoices monthly.
• Experience with 10-key data entry.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to identify duplicates and prevent double payments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve invoices and perform electronic check matching.
• Enter accounts payable entries into the ERP system, documenting and correcting any errors.
• Communicate with internal partners regarding invoice issues and resolve them efficiently.
• Ensure all incoming documentation meets company requirements.
• Perform minor accounting functions as needed.
• Provide coverage and support for team members as necessary.
