Job summary

Aston Carter in Deerfield Beach, FL seeks an Entry Level Accounting Specialist to support accounting, operations, and supply chain by processing POs and invoices in SAP, managing inventory docs, and coordinating admin tasks for plant and field operations.

This role targets early‑career professionals with ERP exposure, strong Excel skills, and willingness to learn SAP in a manufacturing setting. Onsite work, with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply and will receive training and mentorship.
• 1+ years of administrative, operations, accounting, finance, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system preferred, with willingness to learn SAP.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to create/manage spreadsheets and reports.
• Experience with SharePoint required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for audit-ready documentation.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Solid problem-solving abilities to resolve discrepancies in invoicing, POs, and inventory records.

Responsibilities

• Process service purchase orders in SAP and support invoice payment processing.
• Receive, review, and enter goods receipts and inventory tickets into the system.
• Perform invoice-to-purchase order matching, including three-way matching.
• Support accounts payable and invoicing activities.
• Generate end-of-month inventory reports and production metrics.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for invoices, POs, inventory records.
• Support inventory control and stock management with procurement and operations teams.
• Prepare reports and operational documents using Excel and other tools.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks supporting plant and field operations.
• Coordinate workflow between departments to improve efficiency.
• Act as a point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
