Aston Carter supports a hybrid role in Eden Prairie, MN seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process high volumes of invoices in a SAP S/4HANA environment, focusing on non-PO and ERS invoices, with OCR-backed verification and strong vendor collaboration.

You will back up essential AP tasks, ensure accurate records, and participate in continuous process improvements during a technology transformation. 2+ years in AP is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience processing non-PO invoices and vendor payments.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA and OCR-based invoice processing.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve discrepancies by researching vendor statements.

Responsibilities

• Process and post non-PO invoices for specified vendors with high accuracy.
• Monitor ERS vendor invoices and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Back up invoice verification using OCR software and ensure data matches invoices.
• Handle freight debit memo processing and monthly GR/IR maintenance.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile balances with ERP records.
