Aston Carter is seeking an Entry Level Accounting Specialist in Deerfield Beach, FL. This contract-to-hire role supports accounting, operations, and supply chain through SAP-based processing of POs and invoices, inventory documentation, and admin tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal for recent graduates with a passion for operations, finance, and ERP systems. Training and mentorship are provided; on-site work with a focus on accuracy and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Recent graduates encouraged; training and mentorship provided.
• 1+ years in administrative, operations, accounting, finance, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred; willingness to learn SAP.

Responsibilities

• Process service purchase orders in SAP and support invoice payments.
• Enter goods receipts and inventory tickets; support inventory control.
• Perform three-way invoice matching and approvals.
• Support accounts payable and invoicing activities.
• Generate end-of-month inventory reports and production metrics.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation for invoices, POs, and inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations for stock management.
• Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Excel and other tools.
• Handle day-to-day operational admin tasks to support plant and field operations.
• Ensure clear communication with internal teams, vendors, and partners.
