Job summary

GE Vernova seeks a Production Test Operator for our High Voltage lab to perform routine testing of current transformers, gas tightness testing of circuit breakers, and dielectric testing to meet customer specs and internal quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining a safe testing environment, documenting test data, and supporting continuous improvement in procedures and product quality.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum experience in test, quality control, or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT testing including Hi-pot, ratios and additional tests per PIT.
• Perform gas tightness testing on circuit breakers per PIT and communicate failures via QCRs.
• Perform high voltage dielectric testing on circuit breakers per PIT and communicate results.
