Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience in test, quality control, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, standards, and procedures.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work safely in a high-voltage lab with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT tests including Hi-pot and ratios per PIT and standards.
• Troubleshoot and report quality concerns (QCRs).
• Perform gas tightness testing for circuit breakers per PIT; locate leaks and report faults.
• Conduct high voltage dielectric testing for circuit breakers per PIT; report faults.
• Move breakers in lab and ensure safety, check vacuum levels, handle gas per procedures.
• Document test data, prepare reports, ensure traceability of records.
• Print test results and complete forms; support process improvements.
• Maintain clean, safe lab and work in high-voltage environment with PPE.
• Lift up to 35 lbs.
