You’ll drive full-cycle recruiting with urgency, sourcing passive candidates, and advising Sales Directors on market trends to hire top performers who fit our fast-paced GTM environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in recruitment, ideally in-house with agency appreciation.
• GTM recruiting experience and understanding of how Sales teams operate.
• Revenue fluency: knowledge of quotas, territories and sales metrics.
• Ability to push back on hiring managers with guidance on market trends.
• Adaptability to changing business priorities and pressure.
