Job summary

Sonar, an AI‑driven code verification leader, is seeking a Sales Recruiter based in Austin to fuel our revenue engine by attracting top sales, marketing, and customer success talent. You'll partner with Revenue leaders, manage full‑cycle recruiting, and act as a local talent SME for our GTM organization.

The role emphasizes high‑velocity execution, strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and an exceptional candidate experience as we scale globally.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience in recruitment, primarily in‑house; agency experience appreciated and strong understanding of internal recruiting.
• GTM recruiting experience and solid grasp of the GTM landscape.
• Revenue fluency: speak the language of sales, understand quotas, territories, and the characteristics of top‑tier sales talent.
• Relationship building: push back on hiring managers when necessary and provide expert guidance on the talent landscape.
• Adaptability: pivot priorities as the business evolves, maintaining composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• High‑Velocity Execution: Manage full‑cycle recruiting processes with urgency, ensuring aggressive hiring targets are met without sacrificing quality.
• Strategic Sourcing: Act as a hunter by nature, digging deep into talent pools, leveraging creative sourcing channels, and engaging passive candidates.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner to Sales Directors, VPs, and Revenue leadership, consulting on market trends, calibrating profiles, and managing expectations with data‑driven communication.
• Candidate Experience: Be the face of Sonar, crafting compelling narratives that sell our mission and ensuring every candidate has a seamless, professional, and high‑energy interview journey.
