Position description

We're looking for a Director, Head of Global Recruiting, based in our Austin, Texas HQ to lead the strategy, team, and systems behind talent acquisition worldwide. Reporting to the CHRO and working alongside our ELT, you'll lead a globally distributed recruiting team and partner with stakeholders in all our hubs from Singapore to Geneva. This is a role that spans strategy all the way to execution — we need a leader who can set the vision for a world‑class recruiting function while personally owning a req load and staying close to the work. You'll bring deep, hands‑on experience modernizing how recruiting teams operate with the newest technologies — not just using AI tools, but having rebuilt recruiting processes around them, and a genuine passion and track record for building a successful recruiting operation as the foundation of a scalable, high‑performing talent function.
