Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in the Warren, OH area to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment in a high-performance team setting. You will troubleshoot complex electrical systems and contribute to continuous improvement within a safety-first culture.

The role emphasizes operating heavy equipment, problem-solving, and collaboration across maintenance teams, with a starting hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment tasks and drug/background screening.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Experience with SAP or mill computer systems is preferred.
• Can work in a High-Performance Work Team culture.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and operate heavy equipment when required.
• Troubleshoot asset equipment to maximize uptime and reduce failures.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care.
• Develop and share knowledge within the Multicraft scope with teammates.
• Document daily performance metrics in writing and verbally.
• Uphold standards through daily accountability and continuous improvement.
