Job summary

Kimberly-Clark's Warren, OH facility is seeking a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high‑speed manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot complex electrical systems, participate in a high-performance work team, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires 12‑hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and during startup or abnormal operating conditions.
• Pass pre-employment screening, PAT, and background check.
• Safety-minded with focus on hazard recognition.
• Proficiency with Production MRP SAP, MES, MS Office, and Outlook.
• Strong teamwork in a High-Performance Work System environment.
• Possess either a 2-year technical degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work at elevated platforms and enter confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, technologically advanced machines to ensure uptime.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and maintain asset operating equipment.
• Drive continuous improvement through preventative maintenance and autonomous care.
• Build capability in yourself and others in Multicraft areas of expertise.
• Complete daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
• Uphold standards with daily accountability and continuous improvement.
