Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH to inspect, repair and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing lines. You will troubleshoot complex electrical systems and implement maintenance practices in a high-performance environment, contributing to products used worldwide.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime.
• Pass pre-employment drug and background screening.
• Pass PAT (Physical Abilities Test).
• Safety-focused with hazard recognition.
• Experience with Production MRP System (SAP) and MES.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing equipment to maximize uptime.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care.
• Document daily performance metrics and participate in a self-directed work team.
