Kimberly-Clark is seeking a Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed manufacturing equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical systems, support maintenance programs, and contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States and 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to pass pre-employment assessments, drug and background screenings, and PAT.
• Safety-focused with a proactive safety mindset.
• Familiar with mill computer systems: SAP, MES, MS Office, Outlook.
• 2-year technical degree or 5+ years relevant experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and operate heavy equipment as required (forklifts, overhead cranes).
• Troubleshoot asset equipment to maintain uptime and reduce failures.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care to drive improvements.
• Develop capabilities within the Multicraft team.
• Participate in self-directed work teams and provide constructive feedback.
• Document daily performance metrics and maintain records.
• Adhere to standards with daily accountability and continuous improvement.
