Kimberly-Clark’s Warren, OH facility is seeking a Multicraft Partner to inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machines while upholding safety and continuous improvement. You’ll troubleshoot electrical systems, participate in a High-Performance Work Team, and support preventative maintenance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a 12-hour rotating shift and strong teamwork, with opportunities to advance within a leading global consumer goods company. Competitive starting wages apply.

Formación

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred or ≥5 years relevant experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime as needed.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including PAT and drug/background checks.
• Experience with SAP, MES, and MS Office is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed, technologically advanced machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and implement maintenance improvements.
• Support preventative maintenance and autonomous care to reduce downtime.
• Document daily performance metrics and participate in self-directed work teams.
