FirstService Residential seeks a Regional Director to lead client relationships across High-Rise, Condo/HOA, and Lifestyle portfolios in New Jersey. You will build and coach high-performing community management teams, drive service excellence, and secure client retention and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring strong leadership, strategic planning, and a proven ability to collaborate with boards and executives while guiding managers toward exceptional client outcomes.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in property management, construction or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in operations, account management or relationship management an asset.
• Valid state driver’s license and state-mandated vehicle insurance.
• CCAM or CAI certification strongly desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.

• Devise client relationship management plans based on client importance.
• Develop action plans to improve property and client relationships.
• Model culture and brand promise to strengthen relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador communicating value of services.
• Build relationships with boards and provide trusted advisory insights.
• Manage financial and operational goals for each client.
• Own KPIs for customer experience, retention, growth and profitability.
• Ensure renewals and growth through new products and pricing.
