Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled maintenance professional to uphold the physical standards of our high-rise community. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain building systems, respond to resident work orders, and assist with make-ready and preventive maintenance.

This role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to follow safety procedures. You will work Monday–Friday with on-call rotations and must comply with company safety programs.

Qualifications

• General maintenance and repair skills.
• Ability to diagnose and fix property systems.
• Adherence to safety standards and code requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Handle make-ready process for vacant units and create punch lists.
• Track inventory and request re-orders as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with cleaning and painting as required.
• Support cost-saving measures by using parts wisely.
