Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Service Technician 3 to maintain the physical aspects of a Midrise property, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper functionality. You will handle work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and support make-ready processes for leasing.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• All required state and local certifications as applicable.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on property if required.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and making repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant units for leasing, including inspections, punch lists, and coordinating contractors.
• Manages materials and inventory, tracking usage and reordering supplies as needed with supervision notification.
• Documents service requests accurately to ensure proper tracking and records.
