RealManage Elevated Onsite in Hollywood, FL seeks an Onsite Maintenance Supervisor to oversee building systems, safety, and maintenance operations. The role reports to the Community Director and Building Engineer, ensuring efficient, compliant facilities management for Summit Towers.

The position requires experience in high-rise or hotel engineering, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage procurement, budgets, and emergency coverage. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Formación

• Full working knowledge of AC maintenance, gas water heater services, and irrigation systems.
• Experience with high-rise condominium and/or hotel engineering preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and oversee the maintenance department's work.
• Manage procurement and inventory of maintenance and pool supplies.
• Oversee room set-ups and clubhouse facilities.
• Report activities and updates to the Community Director weekly.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA, Fire, Health Dept).
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor work.
