RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician in Hollywood, FL to support a luxury condominium community. The role focuses on general maintenance, preventive tasks, and custodial duties to maintain a safe, attractive living environment for residents.

Candidates should have condo or multi-family building experience, a valid driver's license, and relevant certifications; bilingual skills are preferred.

Competenze

• Condominium/multi-family or commercial building maintenance experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
• OSHA 30, EPA Universal, and CPO designation preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Mansioni

• Perform general maintenance and custodial work in assigned areas.
• Complete daily routine of general and preventative facilities maintenance and repair tasks.
• Utilize personal vehicle and maintenance cart for work transportation.
• Perform related work as directed by management.

Conoscenze
