RealManage Elevated Onsite is seeking an Onsite Maintenance Technician in Hollywood, FL to support a luxury condominium community. The role focuses on general maintenance, preventive tasks, and custodial duties to maintain a safe, attractive living environment for residents.

Candidates should have condo or multi-family building experience, a valid driver's license, and relevant certifications; bilingual skills are preferred.

• OSHA 30, EPA Universal, and CPO designation preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
