ZRS MANAGEMENT LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to motivate Leasing Consultants, leverage market information, and prepare for advancement to a Property Manager role.

The role reports to the Property Manager, handles rent collection, lease enforcement, application review, move-in audits, and monthly reporting. It supports budgeting, resident services, and may require one weekend per month.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• 1+ year in property management or real estate preferred
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management

Responsibilities

• Motivate and support Leasing Consultants in leasing tasks
• Compile, understand and utilize market information
• Prepare for advancement to Property Manager
• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue data posted
• File evictions when applicable and know local laws
• Review and approve applications and verify income
• Audit move-ins and ensure all payments and documents are in order
• Ensure residents' scheduled billing is correct
• Complete monthly reports per guidelines
• Assist in preparing and uploading bills for approval
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident situations
• Assist with leasing and take tours
• Handle escalated service requests with the team
• Aim to meet occupancy and leasing goals
• Host resident functions and maximize renewals
• May work one weekend per month
