ZRS Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support leasing consultants and help manage day-to-day property operations. You will collect rents, review applications, audit move-ins, and ensure all documents are properly uploaded while keeping residents satisfied.

The role requires strong computer, negotiation and organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work some weekends. Housing discounts and a solid benefits package are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management.
• 1+ year property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing Consultants and support leasing tasks.
• Collect rent timely and ensure revenue postings.
• Review applications, verify income and qualifications.
• Audit move-ins, ensure payments and documents are complete.
• Handle resident issues and escalate to Property Manager when needed.
• Assist with resident functions and maximize renewals.
