ZRS Management is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support Leasing Consultants, continually analyze market information, and prepare for advancement to the Property Manager role.

The role reports to the Property Manager and focuses on rent collection, lease enforcement, application review, move-in audits, billing accuracy, monthly reporting, budgeting, and resident relations. It is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year experience in property management or real estate preferred
• High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred in business or property management

Aufgaben

• Collect rent and ensure revenue in accounting system
• File evictions and stay informed of laws and policies
• Issue lease violations and coordinate with property manager
• Review and approve applications with income proof
• Audit move-ins and ensure leased documents uploaded
• Ensure residents pay scheduled billing
• Prepare monthly reports per guidelines
• Assist with budgeting and bill submissions
• Troubleshoot and resolve resident issues before escalation
• Assist with leasing and tours
• Handle escalated service requests with team
• Work with property manager to meet occupancy goals
• Assist with resident functions and renewals
• May require one weekend per month
