Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Property Manager in Orlando, FL to support leasing tasks, manage rent collections, and help the property team achieve occupancy and budget goals. You will work closely with the Property Manager, handle lease administration, and assist with resident events and service requests.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 1+ year in property management or real estate, and strong computer and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management or real estate experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma required; higher education preferred in business or property management.
• Strong computer, math, and reasoning skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Collect rent in a timely manner and post revenue accurately.
• File evictions when applicable and stay informed on local laws.
• Audit move-ins and ensure all lease documents and proofs of income are complete.
• Review and approve applications per community guidelines.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with budgeting and coding.
• Assist with leasing activities and show properties as needed.
• Work with the property manager to maximize occupancy and renewals.
• Take escalated service requests and ensure customer service standards.
