Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Personal Lines High Net Worth Producer to drive growth for our Private Client Group. You will cultivate affluent client relationships, assess complex personal risks, and deliver customized insurance solutions with a concierge level of service.

You will build a pipeline through networking, Centers of Influence, and partnerships, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration and robust client support.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience, including High Net Worth/ Private Client preferred.
• Proven success developing new business through networking, referrals, relationship management, and Centers of Influence.
• Strong network of professional referral partners, including wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals, and business leaders.
• Experience advising clients on complex personal insurance programs, high-value assets, and personal risk management strategies.
• Strong consultative sales, relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
• Professional presence with the ability to establish trust and credibility with sophisticated clientele.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and grow a book of business.
• Working knowledge of private client insurance products, carrier markets, luxury property exposures, and coverage solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to acquire new High Net Worth and Private Client relationships.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through networking and referrals.
• Cultivate Centers of Influence, including wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, real estate professionals, family office executives, and business leaders to generate new business opportunities.
• Advise clients on complex personal insurance programs and risk management solutions.
• Analyze high-value assets and luxury properties to identify risks and coverage gaps.
• Maintain long-term client relationships with responsiveness and service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy administration and ongoing support.
• Represent IOA at industry events to strengthen market presence.
• Leverage LinkedIn and networks to increase credibility and opportunities.
