The role focuses on affluent clients, luxury homes, and high-value assets, delivering concierge-level service while building long-term relationships. You will leverage professional networks, industry expertise, and strategic partnerships to identify opportunities, manage complex exposures, and collaborate with carrier partners to tailor

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 5+ years in Personal Lines insurance, preferably HNW/Private Client.
• Strong network of wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and real estate pros.
• Proven ability to develop new business via referrals and networking.
• Experience advising on high-value assets and luxury properties.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Business development: acquire new High Net Worth and Private Client relationships.
• Pipeline management: maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Referral network development with wealth advisors, attorneys, CPAs, and real estate pros.
• Client advisory: assess lifestyle exposures and recommend customized insurance solutions.
• Risk assessment & coverage reviews for high-value assets and luxury properties.
• Relationship management with clients and referral partners with excellent service.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams to deliver concierge-level service.
• Represent IOA at industry and community events to expand visibility.
