Job summary

MIMEDX Group is seeking a Surgical Account Executive to drive sales growth in the Houston area by promoting regenerative biologics to hospitals and surgical centers. You will identify opportunities, develop plans, and present clinical data to physicians to support tissue offerings.

The role requires a BS/BA (/MS preferred) and 2–5 years in related fields with healthcare industry experience, travel to client sites, and a strong track record of meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline or higher.
• 2–5 years of experience in related field with 1–3 years of progressive responsibilities.
• MS/MA and 1–3 years of experience; certification may be required in some areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within assigned territory.
• Promote and sell products by communicating with hospitals and surgical centers.
• Conduct presentations to customers and prospects using approved materials.
• Resolve purchase order issues following company policies.
• Collaborate with wound account executives to support physicians using our products.
• Provide timely reports and territory sales forecasts.
• Maintain awareness of local market activities and industry updates.
• Present clinical and scientific data to physicians to advance knowledge.
• Establish territory plans to achieve short- and long-term revenue goals.
