Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking an Account Executive to build relationships with client companies and deliver staffing solutions across our national network. You will research prospective clients, conduct meetings, and collaborate with our recruiting team to place top talent in open roles.

Travel to client sites and events is expected as you expand your book of business. You will be rewarded with base salary plus uncapped commissions, hands-on training, and opportunities for advancement within Beacon

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Love for working with people and high self-motivation.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment with client businesses.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, cold calls, referrals.
• Proactive high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
• Conduct client meetings at work sites, deliver sales presentations, and assess client needs.
• Manage job order process in partnership with internal staffing consultants.
• Maintain client relationships as the primary point of contact during the job order process.
