Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for a Taco Bell unit in Manteca, CA. You will lead daily operations, ensure cleanliness, hospitality, accuracy, and speed of service while training and supervising team members to brand standards.

Responsibilities include controlling costs, staffing, performance appraisals, hiring, coaching, ensuring compliance with laws, maintaining safety and maintenance, and delivering high guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Internal promotion preferred who has completed all required learning zone training and certifications.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Open availability and ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Good hygiene and reliable transportation; punctual.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach/train employees.

Responsibilities

• Controls cost categories (food, labor, cash) to company guidelines and budgets.
• Demonstrates improvement in sales by focusing on speed of service, food quality, and customer experience.
• Maintains adequate staffing for all days/shifts.
• Prepares and conducts performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and AGM.
• Performs hiring for new crew, shift leaders, and AGM roles.
• Coaches and develops staff to meet certification and performance levels.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization per sanitation guidelines and laws.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Keeps restaurant safe for employees and guests; coordinates repairs as needed.
• Ensures preventive maintenance for equipment and facilities.
