Qualifications

• Substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to apply common-sense to multi-step instructions amid changing situations.
• Must complete required local/state training and certifications (food/alcohol).

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach, and discipline staff and managers.
• Oversee interviews, warnings, hiring, and documentation with General Manager approval.
• Drive sales and ensure outstanding operations with the team.
