Twin Peaks is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work closely with the General Manager and team to maintain a profitable store with best-in-class service and hospitality. You will manage costs, recruiting, training, and documentation, while developing daily operations alongside the GM for growth.

The role demands dependability, leadership, and a team-oriented mindset to ensure guest satisfaction and consistent execution.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants or bars.
• Strong coaching, teaching and guest hospitality skills.
• Experience with staffing, interviewing and performance documentation.
• Proficient in cost control, inventory and P&L management.
• Ability to ensure safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff to earn the respect of all employees.
• Interview, hire and document personnel actions with the General Manager before decisions.
• Oversee cash handling procedures.
• Develop and mentor AGM-level staff and succession.
• Recruit proactively as needed.
• Maintain kitchen staff accountability to standards, tickets and safety guidelines.
• Drive sales by partnering with GM, managers and staff to execute excellent operations.
• Maintain training schedules and programs for new employees and ongoing development.
• Control inventory and manage PNL/COGs with GM follow-up.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and proper security measures.
