Job summary

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English; Spanish skills helpful.
• Must attend orientation and complete Twin Peaks manager training and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of store employees to create and maintain a profitable store with best-in-class service, hospitality, and food/beverage quality.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards; ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Drive sales through excellent operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts.
• Coach and develop team members; enforce policies, inventory control, and scheduling.
