Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants in Columbus, OH is seeking a General Manager to direct daily store operations, lead a team, and ensure best-in-class service and hospitality for every guest. The role requires leadership experience in high-volume restaurants, strong English communication, and completion of the company manager training program and related certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to effectively communicate in the English language. Spanish communication skills are extremely helpful.
• Must attend orientation and successfully complete manager training and other required trainings (food and/or alcohol service certifications).

Responsibilities

• Direct the work of store employees to create a profitable environment with best-in-class service.
• Manage costs, local store marketing and recruiting efforts.
• Ensure compliance with policies including employment and incident documentation.
• Coach and counsel staff; train and develop teams including Twin Peaks Girls.
• Proactively recruit and cast staff meeting audition guidelines; supervise steps of service.
• Maintain inventory control and scheduling; ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
