Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager to partner with the GM and lead a high-volume, guest-focused team. You will manage costs, recruiting, training, and ensure policy compliance while delivering best-in-class hospitality and engaging Twin Peaks Girls.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, coaching, and operational discipline, with accountability for scheduling, inventory control, safety, and P&L oversight to drive sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have substantial leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.
• Ability to apply multi-step instructions and manage changing situations.
• Must complete required training per local regulations (food/alcohol).

Responsibilities

• Teach, motivate, coach and discipline staff and managers.
• Hire and document personnel actions with General Manager approval.
• Cash handling and financial controls.
• Drive sales by ensuring excellent operations with the GM and team.
• Maintain training schedules and materials for new employees.
