• Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars.

• Must attend orientation and complete Twin Peaks manager training prior to working a shift.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise store employees to deliver best-in-class service and hospitality.
• Drive sales through operations, local store marketing, and recruiting efforts.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health code standards; ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Manage cash handling, bank deposits and drawer assignments.
• Recruit, coach, and develop staff; ensure proper training schedules.
• Ensure policy compliance and handle discrimination/harassment issues per policy.
