Dunmor is a premier direct lender specializing in senior debt financing for residential and multifamily real estate investors. We embed advanced technology to deliver an efficient, client-focused lending experience.

We are seeking results-driven Loan Originators with a proven track record of funding $3 million+ in monthly origination volume across fix-and-flip, construction, SFR, and bridge financing. This is a high-impact sales role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to consistently achieve $3 million+ in monthly origination volume in real estate financing.
• Strong client-focused selling with ability to tailor loan solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Analytical capability to structure deals and assess financials.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsabilités

• Pursue and secure new business with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and identify lending opportunities.
• Negotiate loan terms and present customized financing solutions.
• Build and maintain a network of investors and referral partners.
• Maintain CRM data and monitor pipeline from lead to closing.
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and valuations teams to expedite closings.
