Job summary

Dunmor is seeking results-driven Loan Originators to join our sales team in expanding nationwide real estate financing. The role focuses on cultivating investor and broker relationships, driving new business, and delivering tailored loan solutions across fix-and-flip, construction, and short-term financing.

Ideal candidates will have a track record of funding substantial monthly volumes, strong negotiation abilities, and a data-driven approach to market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales Expertise: Proven ability to consistently achieve $3 million or more in monthly origination volume within fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, single-family rental, or short-term bridge financing.
• Customer-Focused Selling: Track record of delivering customized solutions and superior client experiences.
• Communication and Negotiation: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing financial information, structuring deals, and tailoring loan terms to client needs.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Actively pursue and secure new business by cultivating relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals by identifying and capitalizing on lending opportunities.
• Negotiate and present compelling loan terms, creating customized solutions to meet client needs and drive deal closures.
• Build and maintain a network of real estate investors and referral partners to generate high-quality leads.
• Utilize data-driven insights to target opportunities and maximize sales potential.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a dynamic pipeline and update CRM to reflect status of prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to ensure smooth loan processing.
• Represent Dunmor at trade shows and events to build brand in real estate financing.
