Qualifications

Proven ability to achieve $3M+ in monthly origination volume across target loan types.
Track record of delivering customized solutions and superior client experiences.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Proficient in analyzing financial information, structuring deals, and tailoring loan terms.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; CRM familiarity.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and driven by achieving targets.
Previous or current experience with a direct competitor of Dunmor is preferred.

Responsibilities

Actively pursue and secure new business by cultivating relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents.
Negotiate and present loan terms, creating customized solutions to meet client needs and drive deal closures.
Build and maintain a network of real estate investors and referral partners to generate high-quality leads.
Maintain a dynamic pipeline with timely follow-ups from lead generation to loan closing.
Coordinate with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to ensure smooth loan processing.
Represent Dunmor at trade shows and industry events to build the brand and convert leads.
