Dunmor is seeking results-driven Loan Originators to join our team, targeting investors in residential and multifamily real estate. Successful candidates will have a proven ability to fund $3 million+ in monthly origination volume across fix-and-flip, ground-up construction, SFR, and short-term bridge financing.

This high-impact sales role requires building strong client relationships, leveraging CRM systems, and collaborating with Processing, Underwriting, and Valuations to ensure timely loan

Qualifications

• Track record of achieving $3M+ in monthly origination volume.
• Ability to tailor loan terms to client needs.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in financial analysis and deal structuring.
• Experience with real estate lending products.

Responsabilités

• Actively pursue and secure new business by cultivating relationships with property investors, brokers, and real estate agents.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals by identifying and capitalizing on lending opportunities.
• Negotiate and present compelling loan terms, creating customized solutions to meet client needs and drive deal closures.
• Build and maintain a network of real estate investors and referral partners to create a steady flow of high-quality leads.
• Maintain a dynamic pipeline of potential deals and ensure timely follow-ups and loan closures.
