Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician at Fox Run to perform corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance on a multifamily property. You will support make-ready tasks, respond to work orders, and help keep common areas safe and well-maintained.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. On-site work and occasional on-call shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to /management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance and repairs for common areas and units.
• Maintain preventative maintenance and safety compliance per OSHA guidelines.
