Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across our communities. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, plus make-ready tasks under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You will handle daily on-site tasks, respond to requests, manage safety guidelines, and help keep community facilities in top condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Ensure all repairs and replacements necessary for community common areas and units.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the hazard communications program and promote safe work practices.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies and maintain records of service requests.
