Townsquare Media Group in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking an Account Executive to own a local book of business, close new clients, and nurture long-term relationships with existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
