Qualifications

• 0-2 years prior BDR/ SDR experience (or strong adjacent: recruiting, account research, customer service with selling instinct).
• High activity tolerance and coachable to a defined cadence.
• Genuine curiosity about manufacturing, packaging, or branded-product ecosystems.
• Research-driven outreach (LinkedIn, account intel, personalization).
• Hungry and organized; you don't need to be chased.

Responsibilities

• Generate a high volume of qualified meetings every month.
• Convert meetings into qualified opportunities at a strong rate.
• Map the full buying group: decision-makers, influencers, end-users.
• Identify application type and volume potential during qualification.
• Work a high volume of leads through disciplined outreach cadences.
• Hand off to Account Managers with full buying-group context.
