Job summary

Construction Unlimited is seeking a driven Contact Center Representative to manage a steady flow of calls, chats, and emails from homeowners. You will convert inquiries into appointments for roofing and exterior services and perform proactive follow-ups to boost conversion.

On-site role with a performance-driven culture. Starting pay ranges with experience, offering uncapped commissions on appointments that close sales, plus health, dental, and vision insurance and PTO.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in call center, inside sales, or appointment-setting roles preferred.
• Strong phone presence with ability to influence and guide conversations.
• Comfortable handling high call volumes while staying accurate and professional.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
• Reliable, team-oriented, able to work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Handle high volume inbound and outbound calls, chats, and emails from homeowners.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled appointments for roofing and exterior services.
• Run proactive outbound dialing to follow up with leads and drive conversion.
• Build rapport quickly and explain next steps to homeowners.
• Keep accurate documentation in ServiceTitan (CRM).
• Meet or beat individual metrics for appointment setting and productivity.
