Job summary

Home Navigators is seeking a high-energy Customer Service Representative to dominate the phones, convert leads, and grow with a performance‑driven team. You will make outbound calls to warm and hot leads, respond to inbound inquiries within minutes, book roofing appointments, and keep the ServiceTitan CRM up to date while following up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.

This role offers base pay plus uncapped commissions, full benefits, PTO after 90 days, and a fast-tracked growth path.

Qualifications

• Make high-volume outbound calls to warm and hot leads.
• Respond to inbound leads within minutes.
• Book roofing appointments for Sales Reps quickly and accurately.
• Keep CRM (ServiceTitan) records clean and up to date.
• Follow up relentlessly on unbooked or aged leads.
• Work closely with outside sales and installation teams.
• Hit and exceed key KPIs: 85%+ booking success rate, 250+ calls, 25%+ tenant aggregator conversion, and 200+ booked estimates per month.
